TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

1. Please allow at least three days to finish your work. Urgent tasks are automatically subject to rush rates.2. Clients must pay half of the total bill upfront; the other half must be paid before the file is sent to you.3. I only start doing the project once a down payment is sent. Otherwise, the task would remain pending.4. No cancellations. This serves as a forfeiture clause that no refunds must be sent after the task has been confirmed.5. The only payment method available is GCash. If paying through cash-in stores, the client must shoulder the transaction fee.6. First three minor revisions are free within 12 hours after I sent the output. Additional information needed which are undisclosed prior to the agreement will be charged accordingly.7. The commissioner has the right to turn down projects which are beyond their knowledge or expertise, or when the commission slots are full.8. Both the commissioner and client must exercise confidentiality within the transaction.9. Rude and impatient clients will not be entertained.10. An inquiry form will be provided for a more convenient transaction. The clients are encouraged to fill it out.

It would be nice if you can send me a reference for the commissions so I would know how to write in your context. If there is none, it's okay! I would just write in general.3.
